WHAT TO EXPECT
Connect
Getting to know you is the first (and most important) step. Fill out this simple form and our team will be in touch within 48 hours. From there, we’ll learn about you and your travel preferences so we can curate the ideal experience.
Plan
Now we start the fun part. You can be as hands-off or hands-on as you like, but we’ll start planning every detail of your trip. From quotes and reservations to exciting new activities, we’ll fill up your optimal itinerary, including VIP upgrades at every opportunity.
Book
Once we’ve settled on the itinerary and outlined your travel plans, we’ll complete all of the bookings for travel, lodging, entertainment and more. We’ll include any critical information and share your finalized itinerary prior to your trip — including confirmations and contacts.
Experience
At this point, the details have been ironed out and all that’s left is the champagne toast. We’ll send you on your way with hidden gems, “in the know” recommendations, and our tips and tidbits. And, of course, we’ll be available throughout your trip to answer any questions.
Upfront Fees, No Surprises.
Hotels
There’s no fee for hotel bookings, and we include up to three hotel quotes per destination. For any additional quotes, we simply require a small research fee.
Flights
For each round-trip ticket, we charge an up-front $50 management fee. Each ticket includes one non-emergency ticket change after purchase — we can make any additional changes for a small fee.
Custom Itineraries
We’ll build an extremely detailed custom itinerary for $200 per person, for up to six people traveling for one week. For additional travelers or trips longer than 10 days, we’ll give you a quote for a custom fee.
Entertainment & Lifestyle
These experiences are the icing on the cake for our clients, and we don’t charge for one-off purchases. Whether you need a ticket for a sold-out event, backstage passes, or front-row seats on Broadway, we’ll make it happen at no additional cost.
